This position is responsible for developing and managing the recruiting process to meet staffing goals, which includes maintaining an ongoing pipeline of candidates, using creative sourcing strategies to generate candidate flow, reviewing resumes, and interviewing candidates to determine if qualified and recommending candidates to hiring managers.This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be a complete list of all the duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents. Duties, responsibilities and expectations may be added, deleted or modified at any time at the discretion of the supervisor. • Partner with management to develop and implement strategic recruiting initiatives, and forecast and develop plans for recruitment needs. • Manage recruiting process to meet staffing goals, which includes maintaining an ongoing pipeline of active and passive candidates, using creative sourcing strategies to generate candidate flow, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates to determine if qualified and recommending candidates to hiring managers. • Continuously maintain contact with qualified candidates using a variety of communication methods, such as email, telephone calls or in-person meetings. • Work with managers to gain market intelligence and networking relationships to maximize the effectiveness of recruiting. • Monitor agreed upon service level expectations with managers to ensure identified candidates are being proactively developed and communicated with according to defined timeframes. Identify bottlenecks in the process and develop solutions. • Establish tracking reports to measure process effectiveness.
