Development project evaluation and review of cost justification

In October, 2009 I assumed the position as Legal Director at the Alternative National Development Fund (FONADAL), my Job responsibilities were: develop and review reports, contracts, agreements supervise sub legal alternates, follow up legal and administrative causes, advise the CEO about the agreements to be signed with the international Cooperation for the funding of alternative development policies, develop and review the agreements to be signed with the final beneficiaries, develop and review the contracts signed whith the staff, the providers and contractors, among others. This was a newly created position, one of my biggest challenges with this position was that we had to deal with two International cooperation agreements simultaneously, both financed by the European Union with different rules to follow up, a project named (ALA/2004/016-688) and a budget support programme named (DCI/2007/19027).

As a part time legal counsel at the Mayorship of Villa Tunari my job responsibilities were: advise the mayor in the legal issues, develop and review reports concerning the public administration of the mayorship, provide advice on the definition of public policies, resolve legal questions, arrange and monitor judicial and administrative processes, draft and / or review contracts and agreements relating to the execution of public works and development projects in the social, economic and productive fields.
