Primarily focused in the Employee segment of UTMB. Taking on New Employee Orientation and Customer Service CPR training duties, while continuing evaluation, data analysis, and technology roles. Additional responsibilities will be Emotional Intelligence, Professional Communication, and Online training for the employee segment.

Responsible for development and maintenance of system wide learning and development programs related to the HR Talent and Organizational Development Division.Responsible for the protocol, maintenance and infrastructure of all training databases and websites related to Talent and Organizational Development Services.- Develops and maintains training and talent development services for both in-person and online programs.-Use tools like SPSS and NVIVO for data management and analysis.- Supports internal web operations including web sites administration.- Provides ad-hoc reporting support and assists end users in creating report specifications. Works with customers to provide improved reports.- Works with outside vendors to update and enhance software programs used by the department.- Provides team support regarding technical expertise, problem resolution/troubleshooting, training, coaching, and team facilitation.- Serves as a resource and subject matter expert.
