I try to learn every day with the challenges proposed, whether at the level of team management, operations facility or as a freelance trainer. I feel fulfilled when I see teams under my supervision develop and put the skills acquired into practice.Despite only having secondary education, I am self-taught and always try to learn more, whether through training or workshops that allow me to grow in my role.I also dedicate some of my time to the Albufeira Fire Department, as a volunteer, whether in volunteering actions or in first aid training, where I feel satisfied to contribute by helping people.
