With over five years of experience as the Head of Innovation at OGMA-Indústria Aeronáutica de Portugal, S.A., I lead a team of engineers and technicians in developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for the aerospace industry. My backgroung in Operations and Supply Chain Management contributes strongly to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.In addition to my role at OGMA, I am also an Assistant Professor at Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal, where I teach topics related to organizational leadership, logistics, and operations management. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise with students and professionals. My mission is to foster innovation and excellence in both the aerospace and education sectors.
