As the HAI epidemiologist, I handle case investigation for multi-drug resistant organisms and engage healthcare-associated outbreak investigation and response, including infection control assessment and responses. I also engage in COVID-19 response including case and outbreak investigation and fatality data collection and analysis. These activities include binational cases and multi-jurisdictional outbreaks.

Recruited, trained, and organized student-counselors for HIV*PACT, Stanford's free and anonymous HIV testing organization on campus that performs 30+ screenings a quarter.Collected and analyzed demographic data for counselees to create multimedia presentations for presentation to Vaden directors and staff.Redesigned and maintained administrative HIV*PACT websites where test scheduling is done.

Managed residential networking systems to house and university standards and served as a primary consulting resource for residential community.Actively contributed to the cooperative house community as a working staff member; affirmed and maintained the house's relationship with Stanford's Student Technology Services

Worked under a project leader to gain working proficiency of Python in virtual environments completely in Spanish while studying abroad in Santiago, Chile.Reviewed, cleaned, and manipulated health development data for Latin American countries to build timelines and visualize the history of Latin American health disparities held within the available data.Presented my three-months worth of research in Spanish to Inria Chile's main directors and project leaders at the conclusion of my internship/

Recruited and screened participants in the Stanford Hospital for breast cancer research and administered psychological tests and demographic surveys for the Cancer Survivorship Lab under Dr. Oaxana Palesh.Organized, analyzed and revised research data to evaluate the effects of various, multidisciplinary interventions on the insomnia faced commonly by women with breast cancer.Organized and prepared important paperwork, including participant informed consent waivers and research scope documentation.

Worked rotations at various medical clinics and hospitals throughout Bolivia's low-resource southern city of Tarija to learn from doctors of different specializations in both rural and urban settings.Volunteered in 'Fundación Down', a center for citizens of Tarija living with Down's syndrome, where I taught children and adults living with the syndrome Spanish literacy and basic occupational skills, like preparing food.Volunteered in 'Educación y Futuro', a center for low-resource kids from the outskirts of the city, where I worked as a tutor to keep the kids interested in their educations.
