Managed the Global Accounts Payable Portal for Johnson and Johnson, including system integrations, workflow enhancement, functionality changes, supporting major global program deployments, and future state design of the Open Text solution, part of the Accounts Payable Transformation (APT). The AP Portal supports over $3B USD in annual transactions, interacting with over 30k+ suppliers with 35k+ users globally. -Developed global strategy to improve user engagement for the Global AP Portal, conducting VOC sessions with cross functions and users in mind. Modified user journey for an improved user experience, minimizing site complexity, and enhanced multi-lingual content management. Strategy increased 15% user engagement on portal, yielding to a reduction of call volumes to our helpdesks globally ($1M USD) estimated savings.-Created and established new governance for change management on the Global AP Portal, ensuring proper content management review, deployment and change communications. Governance includes workflows for Purchase Order Terms and Conditions modifications, review of regional language requirements, and minimum approval signoffs. -Designed and implemented new thresholds for the Global Payment Exception Process. Using data driven insights, and listening to feedback from end-users, the process was implemented for an enhanced threshold limit model, that captures 90% of the value being approved, while reducing by 85% the number of requests requiring Senior Leader approvals.-Designed future state support model for new SaaS application. New AP Portal is a SaaS application, externally hosted, integrating differently from our current built product which is internally hosted using Jetlify. Using a Minimum Viable Product design, ensuring parallel workflows during implementation phases.-Worked in conjunction with development team, creating SOW and acquiring funding for change initiatives, including SIT, UAT and MTP activities for the Global AP Portal.

Designed and launched two Class III medical devices for the Neurovascular Stroke space with an estimated $50MM NPV, working closely with physicians, and cross-functional groups for user needs identification, validation, and commercialization of products. Managed project activities for regulatory submissions for a global footprint, in North America, Europe, Japan and China while staying in budget and within risk adjusted timelines.-Designed products, neurovascular models, manufacturing processes and test methods for products in the ischemic stroke space. Conducted these activities, while mentoring junior engineers on the proper use of engineering tools, change management methodologies, risk assessments techniques and statistical data reviews. -Collected user requirements via culminated VOC sessions in summits, and symposiums for the Ischemic stroke space. Moderating sessions for insightful conversations regarding unmet needs, while understanding future state treatment modalities, based on clinical trials and clinical documentation, resulting in portfolio reviewable projects.-Submitted 4 Patent applications for new designs for treatment of ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes. New technologies being currently evaluated for development of future products in the neurovascular space.
