In 2014 I started my degree in Chemistry at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. During these years I learned different analysis techniques in the laboratory, such as IR, Raman, NMR Spectroscopy, Spectrophotometry, HPLC, GC, MS and AA, as well as separation techniques such as Distillation, Column Chromatography and TLC. During my TFG "Study of Nickel Catalyzed Cycling AND/OR Nickel Catalyzed Cycling-Coupling Reactions" I covered the study of transition metal catalysed reactions, after synthesis, purification and characterisation by Proton and Carbon NMR, of all the starting products, and later of the products obtained. Later on, I studied a Master in Materials Science and Engineering at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where I was able to deepen in the properties and behaviour of metals, polymers, ceramics and composite materials, as well as in their applications. I also learned about the characterization of materials using different microscopy techniques such as SEM, TEM, optical microscope and AFM. During this year I carried out my TFM "New solid polymer electrolytes for post-lithium batteries" where I made the synthesis, purification and structural characterization of different Lithium and Sodium salts to use them as polymer membranes and to be able to obtain an alternative for the Lithium batteries. I am currently studying for a Master's degree in the CESIF Chemical Industry.
