Responsible for analyzing and evaluating the management, quality and infrastructure indicators of public and private universities.• Technical evaluation of the files presented by more than 20 universities in order to obtain their licensing, verifying in the field what is presented in the files (execution of the strategic plan, quality management and laboratory infrastructure).

Responsible for the control of operating costs (OPEX) of the concentrator plant, as well as performing the analysis and monitoring of deviations between budgeted and executed. Prepare and control of forecast for the concentrator plant and production indicators (KPIs) in order to improve efficiency and operational availability.• Compliance with the monthly cost below 100% of the assigned budget.• 20% reduction in the execution time of order requests (SOLPED) in the ERP SAP.

Prepare and manage the operating budget (OPEX) and the investment budget (CAPEX) of the San Rafael and Funsur Mining Unit (smelter and refinery); as well as the management of operational and financial KPIs.• Reduction of 10% of the operating budget (OPEX) due to adequate management of costs and budgets and the implementation of the control orders by activities in the cost module (CO) of the ERP SAP.

Prepare and manage projects using the PMBOK standard, responsible for the valuation, analysis of contractors' rates and efficiencies.• Fulfillment of 90% of the budget assigned to the projects, which made it possible to meet the objectives thanks to the reduction by 20% of the downtime in the projects inside the mine and adequate planning of activities.• 15% reduction in project execution costs, due to review of rates, efficiencies and detailed control of work progress of all contractors.• Standardization in project management, through the implementation of procedures and development of the training program.

Directly support the Administration and Finance Manager in the analysis of supply, administration, finance and logistics contracts with suppliers; As well as the implementation of standards and manuals of internal critical processes.
