Engaged as IT Business Partner Lead as part of an IT reorg. Transformed team, leading the restructure to correspond to the budget, project timescale and scope of works. Delivered strategic technical improvements to complex systems to support Nuffield Health’s internal and external digital services. Delivered internal solutions in-line with company strategy and goals, identifying areas for improvement, analysing new products, software and IT trends.
