The GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and Novartis Consumer Healthcare joint venture programme created the opportunity to unify global sales organisations onto a single strategic Sales Force Automation (SFA) tool. The Spice+ programme, encompassing the SFA system and global KPI suite of reports was deployed across 18 priority and commercial markets by October 2016.Activities included:• Managing the Spice+ change approval board• Ensuring adherence to the governance process across multiple workstreams• Review of all new requirements raised to: Understand the end to end Business process in the local Market To ensure that they are aligned with our existing Spice+ template To identify any workstream impacts Challenge the requirements as necessary Understand when more information is required from the local market deployment team• Documenting both technical & reporting requirements in the SFDC toolkit• Weekly status reporting on requirements.

Musgrave Simplifies Retail (MSR) was the biggest project that the GB business had ever undertaken. It involved replacing the core systems (management of product data, retailer ordering, working with suppliers, retailer invoicing and management information) and changing the way that around 740 people in the Division carried out their jobs. As Data Lead, I was single point of contact for the MSR data work stream, encompassing data quality, cleansing, mapping, enrichment, testing, reconciliation, hypercare and Business cutover, with 99.9% of GB data cleansed and migrated, successfully integrated into the MSR Central application with no impact to existing system users.Post MSR implementation, stabilisation of retail sales and scan margin data was required. Improved efficiency and effectiveness by ensuring that product data continued to be maintained to agreed standards and liaising with both internal and external stake holders to implement Business process controls to ensure that the data remains fit for purpose. Secured £1.2M of marketing income from the data brokers by improving scanned data quality post-MSR implementation.
