With over fifteen of experience in the field of food systems, I am a passionate and creative co-founder, director, and lecturer who aims to drive the transition to a fair, healthy, tasty, and sustainable food system. I co-founded Food Hub, a platform that creates innovative forms of food education and guides innovation and change processes for various stakeholders. At Food Hub, I lead the development and implementation of various projects and programs that engage and empower diverse audiences to understand and shape the changing world of food and agriculture.
