• Reviews, performs, or oversees research and data analysis – participates in the gathering and compiling data used for identifying complex business, financial, or fraud trends and provides recommendations. Develop models based on company data systems and sources including PSTAGE, EDW, PODS, and MicroStrategy.• Provide financial and operational consultative services through collaborative partnerships – recommending and facilitating changes; analyzes and reviewing data to resolve questions and/or problems. Assists in policy development to support change activities.• Performs ad-hoc financial analyses – Multiple levels of complexity may include risk analysis, measures of exposure vs. cost to implement a new procedure, calculations of the rate of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, budgeting, and cost analysis, as well as financial to expense performance comparisons.• Monitor and optimize business processes – Provides and reviews data to ensure compliance and effectiveness of complex operational and financial operations, identifying anomalies, and making recommendations.• Present Recommendations and Project Support – Presents findings and recommendations from data analysis, facilitate partnership, coordinates stakeholder communication, and completes assignments to support project objectives.• Conducts data analysis and business process assessments – identify margin assurance opportunities and generate visualizations.• Assists in creating policies and procedures – Perform audits, identify revenue leakage, and detect fraud.• Conducts fraud profiling, predictive modeling – Identification of patterns and trends.Resolves missing/incomplete information, inconsistencies/anomalies – Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques in routine research/data.
