*Developed content strategy for interior in B & CD cars based on market analysis and customer satisfaction impacts*Developed annual work plan for three interior suppliers (IAC group, Summit Polymers, Key Plastics) in terms of body interior design. *Worked as a cost reduction engineer that managed design initiatives summarizing 2.40 MUSD during the year.

*Designed and released Ford-Fusion and Lincoln-MKZ 2016 models interior components. *Designed Interior garnishes in the head impact area which met the FMVSS 201 North America regulation. Set, witnessed and delivered component testing to meet US requirements per FMVSS requirements.*Responsible for design changes driven by 6-Sigma analysis due quality/customer call outs for interior production of North America, Latin America, Europe and China (500,00 vehicles/year)

*On site support for Prototype Product events in Dearborn (MI) and Louisville Assembly Plant (KY). Designed and executed contention plans and re-designs to improve manufacturing and aesthetics of the 2015 Lincoln Navigator and Ford Expedition.
