I love to build and I love to do art. So , I spend a lot of my time doing both.I hope to earn the trust of creative ,visionary and industrious clients and collaborators who care about what they are doing.

I led a team of professionals in assessing CPS school buildings, for capital improvements, throughout the great city of Chicago. In great detail I produce reports and plans of large buildings and their sites that state their current conditions and suggest repair and/or replacement of various components.

Currently working in various projects with several clients. Assessment of affordable housing buildings, and education buildings. Involved in the design of commercial and residential buildings with John Kelly Architects as we try to start a new venture.

This was a great job! I assisted in the coordination of MEPs, landscape, structural and civil for a new PD in the South Loop. What a talented group.

Worked for several architecture and interior architecture firms in the Chicago area. Responsible for conceptual design and the development of construction documents for commercial, retail, and residential buildings and interiors.
