During my role as Regional Compliance Human Resources Manager I deliver proactive corporate human resources support between corporate office and subsidiaries across multiple geographically distributed locations in South Texas and Mexico. In this role, I also evaluate corporate processes with a keen focus on maintaining strict human resources compliance as well as respond to and resolve internal and external corporate governance complaints aimed at streamlining day-to-day business operations. It is also a main part of my day-to-day responsibility to direct associates regarding management of human resources and safety, and environmental control. I establish PDCA processes and countermeasures by conducting research and benchmarking activities.
