Aeroman (formerly a subsidiary of Aveos, now part of MRO Holdings) is an industry leader in providing airframe heavy maintenance for some of the world's top aircraft owners and operators. Aeroman is one of the world’s largest aviation maintenance campuses with capacity to service over 35 aircraft simultaneously inside six hangars.As an Aeroman Engineer, some of my duties included:• Provide engineering support for hangar aircraft operations by means of drafting and analyzing corrective actions to structural defects found during base maintenance. Edit and issue technical instructions and drawings, while ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and company standards.• Serve as liaison between OEM Engineering, Customer Engineering, Hangar Operations and Airline Representatives.• Appointed as coordinator or as a technical support engineer on special projects as required by clients or the Department.• Reduced the incidence of errors in technical written work prior to final proofing and distribution to customers by editing and reviewing to improve structure, readability, grammar and technical content.• Developed and maintained professional and highly-collaborative partnerships with representatives and engineers from customers, vendors and manufacturers.

• Oversaw operations at the hangar support workshops by supervising a team of 15-20 technicians.• Ensured that all operations within the Hangar Shops were performed following the appropriate procedures, in a timely and cost-efficient manner.• Identified, implemented and enforced changes to safety procedures and equipment, which led to zero work-related injuries during my time as supervisor.
