Duties and Responsibilities:Sales and Client Relations: Sale, lease, and enlistment of real property primarily in the resale market;DocumentationDue diligence by getting Certified True Copies of documents such as Transfer Certificate of Titles and Tax Declarations / Clearances from government agencies through a Liasion Officer;Preparation and review of pertinent documents such as, but not limited to, Letters of Intent to Purchase/ Lease, Deeds of Absolute Sale, and Contracts to Sell / Lease;After-Sales Service Support: Property management and overseeing transfer of documents such as Transfer Certificate of Titles and Tax Declarations under buyers' name.

Duties and Responsibilites:Sales and Collector Relations: Sale of contemporary artworks to art collectors;Exhibition and Art Fair Management: Conceptualization, planning, curation, and administration of monthly exhibitions and participation of the gallery in other events such as annual art fairs (Art Fair Philippines 2019, 2020) and biennales (Berlin Biennale 2020). This involves working closely with the gallery director, gallery manager, artists, curators, writers, graphic designers, academics, and other relevant individuals and groups in the arts and culture sector;Artist Representation: Management of the artistic development and engagement of in-house artists with other galleries, museums, and other cultural institutions;Others: Writing of press releases and exhibition texts; website management; e-newsletter and database management.
