    As the Turnaround Manager have had the overall accountability for the delivery of well-planned, safe, environmentally sound, and efficiently executed turnarounds. Responsible for leading the Turnaround Organization which oversees the planning, scheduling, engineering, project controls, procurement, HSE and execution of all turnarounds of refinery process units.     As the Turnaround Lead Planner, I was the focal point for the planning, estimating, scheduling, cost control of the TARs; providing leadership, direction and guidance to the Turnaround Planners (BP and Contractors); and assuring the implementation of BP TAR best practices.     As the Routine Maintenance Planner for the Hydrocracker complex I coordinated several projects, which included the planning and estimating of small capital projects, catalyst change outs and the planning, estimating and scheduling of several small unit outages. Producing the most efficient use of resources consistent with safe procedures and regulations and kept process downtime to a practical minimum. Maintained complete files, records and data related to past unit outages and planning information, as well as, work items for future outages. Evaluated, recommended and implemented computer hardware and software for running maintenance and shutdown planning, scheduling and cost control. I implemented Primavera (P3) as the planning and scheduling tool at the site and I was part of the Team which evaluated and recommended a new CMMS.
