Mr Perez is a Principal and Founding Member of PQH, a Team of multi-disciplined qualified Architects, Contractors and Interior Designers who have been honored to work with both private and public clients. For 35 years, PQH has been intimately involved in the development various types of projects in the Southeast United States.Registered in over 18 states and equipped with a professional staff, PQH serves areas of Commercial, Institutional, Multi-Family, Medical, Educational, Senior Living, and Student Housing.PQH offers the following in-house services: Programming, Master Planning, Architectural and Related Engineering, Interior Design, Space Planning, Building Rehabilitation, and Construction Administration.

Since being a Graduate Student at the University of Florida,I always felt that I need to learn as much as possible, be the best I can be at my profession and pass on the knowledge which I have acquired.I have been fortunate to be able to have been offered a part time postion to teach a Building Construction class at UNF. I am very proud and honored to be able to be small part of this very prestigious UNF program.

After Leaving The Antiques and entering The University of Florida to study Architecture, I could not stand it any longer.I needed my Rock days back...the Music building was next to the Architecture Building and I proceeded to recruit some of the best musicians that wanted to make a commitment to Work Hard and Play Hard...which is still my motto today.Catarro turned out to be one of the most successful bands in the Gainesville area. We played at local nightclubs for extended periods of 3 to 4 weeks at a time while still maintaining our studies. We also entertained many fraternities, sororities, surrounding area high school proms and homecoming, New Years'....any party occasion. Those were fun days and we could not believe that we were getting paid to do something that we enjoyed so much...Continued my studies and received 3 degrees from UF because I wanted to stay in the Band.After I left, Catarro continued ...proof that it was still good. Left in the hands of Vic...now Dr. Victor Miccolucci who happens to have a successful medical practice here in Jacksonville...Vic continued Catarro (and I think made it better) through his medical studies and proved that you can Work Hard and Play Hard!

I started this Band with a few Great friends and it evolved into a popular Band in the Miami Area.We Played at Sweet Sixteens (really sweet Fifteens-Latins girls developed earlier), Fraternities and Open Houses, Huge Popular Venues and even cut some records. At one time, we had the number one Latin song in the Miami Area (Va Cayendo una Lagrima).It was a Great learning experience in developing relationships, brand developing, organizing people, getting your work done by learning and practicing songs, making and keeping commitments. Those friends are still Great and I love them all!
