- Lead a 3-people group of software/automation developers in the execution of software projects- Managed the SDLC of all software development at the site by leveraging methodologies from traditional Waterfall to Agile based on project needs, scope and requirements.- Identified the need to improve work-life balance in the team and set actions to minimize out-of-office contact. Started up multiple Agile projects to revamp legacy systems to close longstanding bugs, include non-IT-user-administrator roles, and create auto-recovery processes in both standalone and web applications. This effectively eliminated out-of-office support calls for common issues.- Defined tools used by the team to perform software development (IDEs, version control, deployment and testing tools). My leadership led to Mexico becoming the first MFG site at TI to use Git for versioning.
