2011 - 2015 Principal Pipe Designer - Processes Unlimited InternationalI have worked on six consecutive grass roots project in the last four years. Dealing with well locations (down hole and surface), well pad layouts, pad trunk lines, corridors that lead to facilities. The facilities include Oil, Water tanks, Gas Vessels, compressors, TVR, Coolers, Exchangers, Drain Tanks and Gas boots. All of these grass roots projects consist of Steaming so I’ve designed Steam Generator Facilities with up to 18 Steam Generators on a project. The Facilities have pumps, soft water tanks, drain tanks and big pipe racks for the high pressure steam lines. As Team Lead my responsibilities are more than pipe design and layout. I do my teams APR (Annual Performance Reviews), make sure they have a full work load, make sure we have the latest software/hardware and make sure everyone gets along. My biggest responsibility is to keep my clients happy.I’ve worked very closely with two oil companies FMOG and Linn Energy over the last two years. I have assembled a team of 16 designer and drafters that take care of my two primary clients. The team and I work together on all projects big or small. I’m responsible for all QA/QC on our projects. I’ve been assigned to field construction support twice a week during construction of all projects for our team.I’m also the 3D modeling Cadworx Administrator; I’m responsible for client specs and training in Cadworx. I have a user group meeting twice a month. I’ve taken a group of pipe designer to CADworx University Training the last five years. Show less

I worked on shipping facilities, loading and unloading stations, piping isometrics and shutdowns. I was responsible for coordinating with all disciplines (Structural, Electrical, Processes, Procurement & Construction) for the entire project. I coordinated all the 3D models to create one master model we could show the client on a weekly base. I was involved in construction support and was responsible to communicate progress with the client daily. (Cadworx Plant Projects) I learned PDMS Plant another 3D modeling program for Aera energy. I was trained in PDMS and was responsible in training other designers. I was the lead pipe designer for new facility in San Ardo it was a large plant with an Oil Dehy, Water Plant, Sulfur ox plant and a Gas Plant. There was 3 Engineering companies evolved and I was also the 3D model coordinator for the entire project. I made sure all engineering companies where using the same grading plans, knew where to tie-in and coordinated the latest and greatest 3D models.
