Among the highlights: Capital Projects:o Capital Expenditure project development and execution ($6 MM USD)o Renewable energy : Wind energy supply contract & solar energy projects o Waste Heat recovery projects o System implementation of monitoring, measuring & control of energy and Sustainability to our manufacturing siteso Waste water treatment plants installation and operationo Key Performance Indicators management [consumption/production]o Global benchmark in technology and effiency KPIs.

In order to comply with the national goals of consumption reduction of natural resources [energy & water] and productivity, I led the environmental KPI management system and operational projects of continuous improvement to our manufacturing locations. Among the highlights:o Management of national water efficiency KPI in manufacturing process with aim to deliver national goals of operational efficiency, productivity and regulatory compliance.o Operational leader of the wastewater treatment plants (WWTP’s) in order to guarantee operational continuity with best performance and regulatory compliance. o Implementation and standardization of processes and technologies in the manufacturing process in compliance with quality and food safety standards.o Management and development of national wind energy supply project in compliance with technical and legal requirements established by the government regulation.o Lead the search for new technologies and methodologies in favor of reducing CO2 emissions and increase the use of clean energy.

Management of national consumption of water, electricity and fuel; as a whole with the implementation of energy profiling tools and resource conservation programs. As well with the collaboration in occupational health programs for the purpose of standardizing procedures and ensuring the best performance of internal medical consults.Task I collaborated with: •Development and implementation of Energy Consumption Management Tools•Monitor national consumption of water, fuel and electricity•Making of weekly, monthly and annual reports of departmental results•Train plant staff on the use of Energy Profiler tool and Best Practices Platform•Development of office Recycling Project•Participation in internal audits with International Staff•Development and implementation of electronic medical report system, standardizing functions and centralizing a database attached to the National Standard.•Development of the resources conservation program in reference to the global management standard.
