Responsible for the consolidation of the Company’s business units and assisting in the preparation of financial information included in the Company’s internal and external reporting including external financial statements and footnotes, SEC filings on Form 10-K’s, Form 10-Q’s, Management Discussion and Analysis, Proxy Statement, Registration Statements, earnings releases, Forms 8-K, and other financial information and analyses.
