As an IT Anchor on the Contact Centers Experience team, I have worked on several enterprise cloud initiatives. Including Salesforce Service Cloud customer search and case workflows. The order tracking application for contact center agents using Spring Boot 2.0 for back-end and React for front-end, hosted on GCP App Engine. Currently involved the in roll out of Social Customer Care integrating Social Studio and Service cloud. My team also has responsibilities for supporting the contact center order management application as well as multiple Salesforce applications such as Communities.

Since joining the Home Depot Portal and Collaboration team I've been involved in the migration of a very large Intranet Publishing Portal with 350K users. Thus far; the most exciting, challenging and fast paced environment of my career. My most recent project involves the migration of collaboration e-Rooms to the cloud (Office 365). All parts of the strategic effort to consolidate portals onto SharePoint.
