Hello, my name is José. I am a first-generation college student at UNC where I am majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Data Science. I am passionate about finance, being collaborative, developing technologies, data analytics, gaining different perspectives of business, and giving back to my community.During my time at UNC, I have realized that I enjoy data analytics in finance and the collaborative environment that consulting submerges you in. A notable experience I had while at UNC would be when I took part in a study abroad program that was located in Budapest, Hungary that involved me in a cross-cultural consulting project.After graduating from UNC, I aspire to work in the finance and/or consulting industry in a role where I can put my analytical skills and collaborative skills to good use.In my free time, I enjoy trying different cuisines, learning new skills, and empowering my community through knowledge-sharing.
