LATAM People lead for 6 countries, 12 sites & 250+ staff for the Compass-ran Google Food program. I oversaw an increase in LATAM engagement survey scores of 6% and a 5% Latam turnover reduction YoY. I dedicated time each year to speak with over 70% of all LATAM staff, individually or in small groups, which was a source for data collection that drove engagement, regional People Ops strategy and learning plans. I also partnered with both the global and regional DEI reps to create an annualized all-encompassing development program for female culinary staff members in order to promote their development, internal networking and fast-track career progression, all with a diversity, inclusion and equity lens I also co-chaired the account’s global onboarding re-tool project, leading a support team of 16 global cross-functional employees in its design and implementation

One year local contract in Switzerland. I had a global role responsible for both the training & learning and performance & development functions in the joint venture. Before leaving, I consolidated what used to be 2 manager positions into one, leveraging the global Nestle network of SMEs to ensure a relationship and content for one person to do both roles. In doing so, I saved the company CHF $130,000 + annually in cost and 1 headcount.
