Also, in charge of reviewing invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, phytosanitary certificates and maintaining inventory of shipping supplies.- Efficient emission of COI (certificate of organic inspection) for Europe, North America, and Asia.- Specializing in usage, managing, and data transfer to other departments of tools such as Citrix for product traceability or other details.- Elaborating weekly shipment reports to department managers and well as reports for other departments and assistance to these.- Supervise and direct contact between company and providers from Colombia, Ecuador, Perú and Dominican Republic for weekly exportations.- In charge of keeping inventory of materials and purchase orders for exporters.- Supervising payments, maintaining control and distribution of new materials, and assisting in accounting processes.- Supervising outsourced employees in Perú for diverse tasks as well as reviewing and approving expense reports.- Support, provide documentation, and direct contact between providers and Fyffes EU and UK.
