During this time I developed and implemented a Procurement process for ICA Reklam.I also managed a project that formalized a supplier base of photographers and illustrators, a key focus was to keep the category of suppliers up to date and to meet and exceed the organisations expectations.My responsibilities included contract and price negotiations.During this period I was part of a digitalisation transformation program on ICA, this was a major program focusing on digitalisation on all levels of the organisation and gave me my first experience of truly work in a Agile project.

In addition to other responsibilities I acted as internal auditor quality management system ISO 13485.

As strategic buyer at Cochlear I was responsible for supplier relationships, supplier selection, agreement negotiations and annual price negotiations. I was part of product development projects.In the 2016 annual price negotiation I achieved a price reduction of just over 5% on the category spend and about 10% on the items negotiated.

In my role as project manager for the industrialisation of new products developed at Cochlear I managed the project team that was preparing the product for manufacturing, either in house or at vendors. I also coordinated activities at all departments in Manufacturing & Logistics such as purchasing and logistics.
