Something we had struggled with to communicate clearly historically but when I adapted an existing well known process to now measure supplier readiness I immediately got attention to the topic. Another key achievement from my previous work experience was the global procurement process ( (ISO 13485 and CFR part 820) I developed for Cochlear during my secondment in Sydney.
