My name is José Ángel Labbad. I'm computing engineer and a passionate of project management related to software and technology projects in general.I consider myself an extremely reliable person, responsible, committed to work, organized and willing to continue learning, exchange ideas and work as a team.I was always determined in my professional path, which is why I studied to be a computer science bachelor. After this, I studied Computer Engineering at Simón Bolívar University. Finally, I decided to explore the "human" side of technology, for which I studied the Master's in Systems Management at Metropolitana University.Currently I mainly work as a project manager with agile methodologies, managing them from different angles, which include:- Goals definition- Plans definition for each sprint with team members- Communication with customers, mainly with the product owner- Transparency generation on progress throughout the development process- Constant verification of deliverables and quality process throughout the project- Constant reviews with customers and internally always looking for improvements in each process- Verify compliance with the methodology as much as possibleAbout projects management and leadership, i'm certified with Project Management Institute as Project Management Professional and Agile Certified Practitioner. Also with SCRUM.Org with the 4 main certifications for each SCRUM role.
