I manage a team of over 30 developers spread across different tribes and multidisciplinary squads, cultivating a collaborative and innovative work environment where team members are empowered to explore possibilities. I conduct regular one-on-one meetings, perform performance reviews, and provide mentorship to support their career growth and development.• Strategic Planning: Regular meetings with the company's CTO and fellow Chapter Leads to align with the company's mission and strategic vision. Collaborated to develop clear tactical and operational plans supported by defined KPIs and OKRs.• Process Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes that significantly boost efficiency and productivity. One notable initiative involves automating time-clock notifications to prompt employees to update their time-clock sheets. This innovation reduces the time for HR to process this information and notify all employees, resulting in optimized operations company-wide.• Knowledge Sharing: Organizing and leading chapter meetings, workshops, knowledge transfer sessions (KTs), and training sessions as a member of the Chapter Team to promote knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.
