With a recently approved Graduate Visa for 2 years, I am passionate about creating efficient and streamlined processes to drive business growth; where with my experience observing the daily development of activities, existing processes and people, I was able to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks that hinder performance and customer satisfaction.Furthermore, my approach to improving the customer experience is based on a deep understanding of their needs and expectations.
