We started the company on an entrepreneurship adventure, part time in 2013. In 2014, the marketing agency went from being an entrepreneurial initiative to become a profitable business, with over 20 clients and 12 employees in the organization. In September 2014 became a full-time job.As a Cofounder in Innovativa I share with my partners management activities involving supervision, leadership and motivation, internal process optimization, technological implementations and related solutions.As Chief Digital Officer, I am a leading web development and digital communications teams. My responsibilities include technical design, planning and project development of web applications, websites and innovative business solutions in addition to digital marketing strategies, technology consulting and analysis of technical viability.

I contributed to the development of an innovative product called remindermillie.com as the Laravel web development specialist, responsible for the platform stability as well as code optimization, implementation of security mechanisms, development of maintenance modules and integration with third-party services, APIs and WebHooks such as Google and Braintree.

Heading the digital department I was committed in project management, technology resources administration and development teamwork supervision. I contributed actively with leaders of other departments in projects creation and presentation for recognized companies like BBVA Provincial, Digitel, P&G, Liberty Mutual and others.All this has helped me to develop my skills in public speaking and leadership, in addition to renewing my knowledge of marketing and business. This experience shaped my skills to fill the gap between development, graphic design, and marketing teams, delivering the opportunity to provide truly marketing services integrations.Focusing my efforts primarily on the development of modern applications using technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Socket.io, Laravel, etc… in all kind of projects.

I served in several roles during development for different web and mobile projects depending on product requirements and resources availability; through requirements analysis, architectural design and documentation, large databases management, development environments and remote servers setup. I was in charge of standards, quality, and best practices, always keeping the focus on development and programming Front and Back End.This experience helped me to develop my skills on collaborative work in an achievement-oriented environment and under constant pressure, in addition to understanding the development process of products target to thousands of users and with high quality standards, also enhanced my technical skills, self-taught habits and productive/proactive organizational culture.This process gave me the opportunity to work on development projects for major brands like Hasbro, MasterCard, HTC, Stanhome, Panasonic and Subway, and allowed me to approach the digital marketing area, which gave me valued knowledge from the hand of experienced specialists.
