Current• Oversee the daily operations of over 8 workshops, consisting of 220 employees, to ensure the efficient production of distribution transformers.• Conducted multiple significant production and quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall performance.• Collaborated with design, production, and factory managers in regular meetings to discuss upcoming projects and address any challenges or issues.• Facilitated communication with the sales team to coordinate production promise dates and ensure timely completion of sales orders.• Conducted audits and provided troubleshooting support for manufacturing issues in affiliated plants abroad, including those in Jordan and Egypt.• Attend weekly team meeting, reported the duties, and identified key responsibilities while providing recommendation for areas of improvement.• Manage projects by following the pre- and post-phases of the project and defined the system requirement across life cycles while selecting the appropriate material.• Assist the Finance team in managing budget, regulating project expenses, negotiating for favorable prices with vendors and contractors.
