The training equipped participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in project management and align their practices with industry best practices.Had the privilege of training 16 project managers and business analysts at CMA CGM on Agile Certified Practitioner. By equipping these professionals with the necessary skills and certifications, CMA CGM was able to enhance their agility, adaptability, and overall project delivery capabilities.Delivered specialized training on PMI-ACP certification preparation to a team of 10 software engineers at Siren Analytics. The training empowered the engineers with agile methodologies, enabling them to enhance their project execution and delivery.Led impactful training sessions for Milaha, Qatar, facilitating four batches of managers and employees on how to build business cases. Provided tailored training to 30 managers at Saudi Telecom (STC) focused on Process Improvement and Operational Excellence. Through the implementation of these techniques, the training resulted in improved productivity and significant cost savings for the organization, amounting to millions of dollars. Additionally, STC was able to enhance its customer service capabilities, further solidifying its position as a leading telecom provider.Conducted a comprehensive training program for Givanas Group, Nigeria, on the lean supply chain. This training initiative focused on lean principles and optimization, resulting in cost savings of 2 million dollars within their warehouses. By adopting lean tools such as 5S, VSM, and spaghetti diagrams, Givanas Group improved its operational efficiency, reduced waste, and streamlined its supply chain processes.

Managed a total of 59 projects with a total budget of 180 Million US Dollars for the Central Bank of Oman, Royal Opera house, Data Center, and Disaster Recovery Solutions for the Royal Oman Police, Petroleum Development of Oman, Ministry of Finance, Oman Arab Bank, Muscat Depository, Intelligent Services, Diwan Royal Court, National Bank of Oman, Ministry of Higher Education, Ministry of Defense, and Ministry of Education. Directed a project for the ministry of finance with 4 IBM engineers in delivering IBM (X-series, I-series, P-series, Data Storage, and mainframes), and 7 CISCO engineers (CCIE and CCNA) to install and configure WAN, Wireless, IP Telephony, and security-based technology. There was a press release due to the project's success. Managing this project was one of the 4 awards I received.Managed a program for the ministry of education with a budget of 4 million US dollars. An award with a bonus was given to the project team and me for meeting all deadlines, budgets, and scopes and receiving excellent feedback from a customer.Directed multimillion-dollar projects using Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks, aligning business goals with technology solutions to sustain competitive advantage, and achieve bottom-line gains for 7 ministries.Applied Lean Management on a 'Process improvement" project for the Petroleum Development of OMAN (PDO). I was able to reduce the non-value add activities through Value Stream Mapping and other lean techniques. My employer won phase 2 of the project by implementing the suggested IT solution. Applied a Hybrid project management framework to manage a Pen Test project of 11 engineers for the Central Bank Of Oman (2015-16). By successfully managing a virtual team from the USA, Dubai, Oman, and India, we were able to identify security gaps, resulting in winning phase 2 of the project that led to closing the security holes on hackers and intruders.
