I created an online drop-shipping & e-commerce store. It had a successful lifespan relative to the average type of drop-shipping store in that market.I worked on this alongside my brother. My main responsibilities included:• Design and process our website, from the landing page to the shipping policies.• Communicating with employees, manufacturers, delivery drivers and postal workers to ensure an efficient and smooth service.• Assist and respond to customers’ queries and problems.• Create and distribute marketing campaigns over multiple social media accounts daily.
