Day to day management of operations and personnel at a 400,000 sq ft facility in Riverside, California. Ensuring that all operations have the necessary resources needed to get all shipments out on time, and other various 3PL distribution duties. The building is newly constructed and we are continuously making improvements to meet our needs as well as our customers. In addition we are always trying to improve upon our own company standards. Responsibilities included the daily management, tracking, and destruction of Inventory but not limited to all damaged or non-salvageable goods produced. This included a large clean up of inventory and a period of refinement to the processes which produced a much more efficient, timely and profitable production / distribution process for Ventura.

Manage and refine all cycle counting processes. Teach all inventory personnel how to use and retreive information from the newly implimented Red Prarie DLX management system.Research and correct all inventory discrepancies on a daily basis. Maintain and report information to management as needed.
