Avp, Relationship Manager
Current- Responsible for identifying, attracting and securing new depository, commercial loan, and treasury management relationships to grow Bank’s market share within the Central Valley (primarily Stanislaus and San Joaquin.
- Proactively identify opportunities to deepen new and existing client relationships through outside calling efforts coupled with cultivating strong partnerships with centers of influence in and around the community for.
- Manage an active client relationship portfolio with an emphasis on expanding existing relationships to increase Bank's share of wallet.
- Collaborate with prospects and existing clients to determine financial needs and formulate a relationship development plan that specifies ways in which products and services can meet their business or personal.
- Negotiate and structure primary terms of commercial purpose loans (for regional businesses, non-profits, real estate investors, farmers, and public entities). Properly circulate concept memo prior to issuance of term.
- Prepare and present loan proposals to the requisite approval authority levels; loan process is managed end-to-end.
