I am a junior at Temple in the Fox School of Business currently pursuing a degree in the Risk Management & Insurance. Before traveling to college, I held a part time job at Red Robin. I worked as a to-go employee and an expediter. As to-go I learned customer service skills; as expediter, I would oversee all kitchen work and have ensure customers receive their food to exceed expectations. Currently employed at Harp & Crown, I work as a food runner, responsibilities including ensuring guests with allergies are aware of foods to avoid and customer service. In the future I plan to gain further academic experience while seeking an internship in the Property & Casualty industry.
