On March 11, 2021 I established "Normal Flow LLC" to represent my business activities. Most of my initial activities has been focused on setting up the business processes, a working lab of a wide variety of computer hardware/software, and developing a functional Website. I use a Windows server, VM Server, Several IBM Operating Systems running on a HERCULES platform to provide a substantial testing environment. This environment is protected by a CheckPoint firewall and supported by Cisco routers and switches.I use WORDPRESS and MAMP PRO for my local web development. This includes SQL and Apache for database creation and maintenance. Once development is complete I use a FTP program called FileZilla to upload the new site to the cloud. I use Network Solutions for establishing and maintain my site. This site is currently in the Under Construction mode.My CheckPoint firewalls log and my website are uploaded to the cloud on a weekly basis. I use CodeGuard’s cloud for my website and database and CheckPoint’s cloud for storing my log files.I look forward to providing my expertise and skills to facilitate change and to meet the challenges in the IT Technology Field.

Worked with a special task force sent to analyze the processes at the Houston Regional Office to enhance and streamline the daily operations, removing any redundant or obsolete processes, identify and remove any bottlenecks. Also, to provide leadership to a team of operators to improve the overall throughput processes to minimize the backlog of tapes containing seismic records while establishing a set of quality controls for the handling of geographical and seismic plots. Implemented quality controls and safety measures while introducing a comprehensive set of activity reports to show the effects of these changes on daily throughput.
