Made capital improvements to the property, purchased a national franchise, installed a computerized POS system, and then successfully operated it for several years until we sold it for a profit.- Shopper’s Garage Ltd. Partnership- Parking garage in Boston Purchased a distressed Boston parking garage from a bank. Performed deep structural renovations, cut the energy use in half, re-negotiated contracts with businesses including Tuffs University, re-structured staffing hours and installed a computerized parking control system. Cash flow went up by over 30%.- America Growth, Inc.- Holding company with staff in Boston Among other management duties, I purchased, renovated and re-occupied a closed down office building located on State St.- 100 Fulton Court- Condo units in Boston Purchased, renovated and managed high-end residential properties.

Worked as a consultant/team member on the following projects of George Town Holdings (another subsidiary of DKH): - Acquisition and development of Leavesden Studios (London) Purchased a former Rolls Royce aircraft engine plant/airport and turned it into a successful film studio. We started to develop a studio entertainment park on the property but the Asian market crashed. Movie series such as James Bond and the latest Star Wars movies were filmed there.- Acquisition of Banque Financiere de la Cite S.A. (Switzerland)  Performed some real estate due-diligence in Geneva. Also participated in the project management of a corporate retreat we built on the property of the Palace Hotel in Gstaad.- Construction of the DKH tower (Kuala Lumpur) Worked on the parking facility that serviced the tower and hotel. I successfully turned it, from what was going to be a free parking garage, into a profit center.

Responsible for purchasing, repair and maintenance of all mechanical systems in 322 unit twin tower luxury apartment building in Boston. Assisted in the management of the maintenance staff.
