• Directly manage procurement, quality, inventory, and visual merchandising within assigned store and approximately 140,000 square ft. • Leads a team of over 240 team members annually; Leads 80 team members daily in multiple tasks• Assigned Leader on Duty (LOD) serving as a point person for all staff within the store • Utilize state-of-the art technology to manage the receiving processes, freight flow and replenishment productivity and backroom inventory• Responsible for ordering and forecasting supply needs on a weekly and biweekly basis• Responsible for ensuring products are available and in place to drive and meet sales goals• Manages and controls the disposal of food and environmentally sensitive waste• Controls daily operations of budget and expenses for Logistics and Process departments• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Logistics team• Responsible for facilities management of 155,000 square foot building• Facilitates development and training of all Team Members; trains for certifications• Supervise safety and efficiency of the entire operation• Recruit, select and develop talented team members; foster relationships to retain successful team members
