Analyze data collection systems and data models. With the Data Systems team, develop and maintain an information architecture for Solid Ground. Design and implement solutions based on this architecture using Eccovia ClientTrack, Azure SQL, and other data management applications. Perform analyses and create reports and queries for staff, managers, and funders. Prepare policies and procedures to support data collection, reporting, and analysis best practices. Provide training to staff and managers. Map data to data models of other agencies, including King County and the federal office of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Provide data to other agencies to meet compliance requirements and for the conduct of collaborative programs.Manage and support the adoption of Office 365 by departments and project teams using Office Groups, including SharePoint sites, Planner, Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, and Outlook for groups. Conduct trainings, develop governance capacity, facilitate and mentor the super-users group, and lead planning for the development of a Solid Ground intranet.

The Global Edition of the SWIS Suite is our server-based product licensed by educational institutions throughout the world to provide all the school-wide, targeted, and individualized behavior management tools of SWIS under their full control. The Global Edition meets data sovereignty requirements and enables institutions to autonomously manage the adoption and use of SWIS to support positive behavior management programs in schools in their country or region. As coordinator, I'm responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our relationship with licensees and prospective licensees are sustained. This includes product delivery and support, product development, licensing, training, and marketing.

As Director of Application Development I am responsible for coordination of development activities and product releases in support of ECS strategies and objectives. As a member of the leadership team, I participate in strategy discussions and planning. I communicate with external partners and clients about planned and possible development options, including new features, new products, and product localization. Internally, I work with development team leads and others to define and extend our enterprise architecture, including databases, data access, enterprise services, and integration of third-party solutions.

Requirements gathering and analysis, data modelling, database design, all aspects of implementation (tables, procedures, functions, constraints, indexes, views, permissions), some ETL responsibilities. Most work in SQL Server (2000 -- 2008), prototyping and some smaller projects in Microsoft Access.

Established a business, Political Research Associates, to publish the Left Index, an index to literature of the political and cultural left. Prepared bibliographic records, including subject headers, for articles from more than 120 journals. Designed and created an interactive web site for the online edition of the Index using textbase technology from Inmagic, Inc.
