Training documents were used to train back office resources and both inside and outside sales resources. • Implementation included a one-week training program for each resource and a 2-week implementation of the conversion from the old back office software packages to new Trend system.• Average savings for these conversions was $250,000.00 per year. These savings included resource reduction and streamlined operational functionality.• Responsible for support for each of the locations that were converted. This support included software, back office, resource management.• Managed successful relationship with World Wide Technologies, a technology company that was brought in to outsource product purchasing for the Technology Services division. IKON shifted its focus from Technology Services to its core of office solutions. Technology Services divisions moved their customers to World Wide Technologies as part of an outsourcing plan. • Member of Corporate staff directed to consolidate all accounting functions from local offices to corporate. Created and implemented plan to move Accounts Receivables and General Ledger to Houston; moved Accounts Payable to IKON Macon, Georgia office; moved all purchasing functions to the corporate office in Malvern Pennsylvania.
