Responsibilities include, managing the day-to-day operations of 4CTechnologies, scheduling, all project activities, interfacing with the development team and the client to define and gather business and market requirements, purchasing and inventory control, vendor relations and all invoicing and accounts receivable issues.

Senior member of the Field Support team, which supported field operations for IKON Office Solutions. The group was the operations arm of the Professional Services group within IKON Office Solutions.

Managed implementation of national centralization effort to standardize all operational functions for 32 separate IKON Technology Services marketplaces. This included back office operations including purchasing, logistics, customer service, returns, software licensing, invoicing, vendor relations/contract negotiations and AP/AR reconciliation, reporting.

Responsibilities included: customer service, invoicing, management of on-site and vendor inventory levels, AP reconciliation, vendor relations and quality control.

Responsible for customer service, purchasing, invoicing, inventory control, AP reconciliation, vendor relations and quality control for the office. Managed inside sales team.

Proactively managed on-site inventory levels along with vendor inventory levels to assess and identify inventory risks, defined steps to reduce those risks and balanced them to meet the overall financial needs of the company.
