Additionally, I play a key role in processing a $19-20 million payroll, showcasing my strong financial acumen. I am the founding link of the Covington Partners Fire Mentorship Program, evidencing my leadership in developing impactful community initiatives. My strategic input has been crucial in formulating and implementing policies that significantly improve community risk reduction strategies. As Operations Section Chief for the Kentucky Incident Management Team, I've led critical emergency response operations across multiple counties, proving my expertise in managing complex situations and driving operational excellence.
