The assets included SIPR/NIPR Access Point (SNAP), Ground Antenna Transmit Receive (GATR) Ball, Transportable Tactical Command Communications (T2C2), HF/VHF/UHF/LMR systems and radio configurations. Mobile Wireless Fidelity (MiFi) OCONUS/ CONUS connections in support of VPN/ VTC communication with combat assets across multiple countries. Coordinated overseas communication assets for shipping and regional compliance with foreign governments.• Implemented training of more than 350 communication staff by reorganizing processes into functional categories which led to doubling of work centers and significantly increasing productivity without any increase in staffing hours or operational costs. Refined quality assurance processes by synchronizing 35 inspectable programs and determining that all followed Federal and State guidelines. Efficient in upgrading, repairing, and replacing components of all systems to support operational needs.
