- Oversee financial operations of the Ticket and Information Center (TIC), including reconciliation of ticket sales reports, bank statements, and University ledgers; supervision of bank deposits; and preparation of related reports- Oversee box office financial operations for student events, including timely reconciliation of sales reports and processing of inter-departmental transfers- Prepare the annual budget submission, quarterly fiscal updates and reports, and fiscal close-out- Monitor operating budget and financial transactions; oversee monthly ARC reconciliation, research and resolve any problems; prepare reports to aid in budgeting, financial tracking, and projections- Manage accounts payable and receivable, process payment of invoices, and resolve billing discrepancies- Prepare bi-weekly payrolls for student employees, prepare hiring documents, reconcile payroll reports with local ledger, research and resolve any problems- Serves as P-Card and Petty Cash holder for the department; responsible for processing and reconciling expenses, and compliance with University audit policy- Serve as Department liaison with Columbia University Accounts Payable, CUIT, HRPC, Purchasing, Vendor Maintenance, and Payroll Offices- Process requisitions for and oversee procurement of supplies, services, and equipment; conduct inventories and maintains department property records; schedule maintenance and repair of office equipment- Serve as key operator of office equipment, maintains service contracts, and makes purchasing and replacement recommendations- Research, plan, and implement Arts Initiative programming and events, both on campus and in collaboration with external cultural partners
