I have been an operational meteorologist for nearly 25 years, most of which have been in the NWS and as an aviation program leader. I have experience in providing decision support services to many key stakeholders and partners to the NWS, including emergency managers, aviation officials and school districts along with the general public, both on-site and remotely, which have aided high-risk decision makers. I am a passionate, hard-working and detail-oriented scientist specializing in Atmospheric Science. I possess broad skills in environmental monitoring and reporting, spatial analysis, GIS, statistical modeling, scientific computing, project management, technical writing, and outreach. I have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. I enjoy and excel working in a team environment where collaboration is critical.
