Piping Field Engineer & Project Coordinator for Phase II construction of the Nickel Electrowinning Building (226) at the Long Harbour Processing Plant. Duties with RothLochston Constructors included: • Coordinating with Superintendents, Foremans, Project Planning, Materials, and QA/QC to streamline construction and resolve current and upcoming issues;• Recognizing and managing change, completion of redlined isometrics, and coordinating the completion of punch list items; • Interfacing with the client’s commissioning group to ensure successful completion of processing systems; and• Development of a semi-automated progress tracking system, used to monitor and report project statistics to management and client on a daily basis.

Project/Pipeline Engineer on a variety of projects, including Joint Industry, Research and Development, Conceptual Design, Pre-FEED, and FEED projects. Duties with INTECSEA Canada included:• Subsea pipeline design (e.g. on bottom roughness and stability, span analysis, wall thickness calculation, cathodic protection, etc.); • Development of subsea pipeline installation methodology (e.g. detailed trenching operations, route selection & optimization, and shore-crossing/landfall design);• Project controls and liaison between the project team, clients, and stakeholders;• Design and manage the fabrication of key components for an R&D test facility;• Organization and contribution to HAZID and risk and opportunity workshops; • Technical reports and presentation of final deliverables to clients and stakeholders;• Hiring and supervising engineering co-op students; and• Supporting the WorleyParsons and INTECSEA Global Arctic Strategic Initiatives (i.e. coordination of global meetings, performing capability analysis, maintaining business development/marketing, publishing articles in technical magazines, etc.).
